I have a B.A. Honours Degree in Psychology from the Open University and also hold a Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling (Dip CPC). I trained with the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis - Bristol (classroom based), and now hold Diplomas in Hypnotherapy (DHP - Solution-focussed) and Hypnoanalysis, plus Anxiety Specialty certification. I also hold a diploma in Congitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBT Hyp).

I conform to the highest ethical standards and am conscientious in my duty of care to my clients at all times, which includes carrying full professional insurance. I also have an up to date CRB disclosure.
Before going into full time clinical practice I gained many years experience working for a national mental health charity, as well as the learning support department of a FE college.
In total I have around 20 years combined study and experience in the treatment and understanding of emotional, anxiety and mental disorders.
