My Fees & Cancellation Policy
Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling, Therapist Supervision
In the first instance you will be offered one FREE online assessment consultation of around 60 minutes. This will normally be online via doxy.me or by telephone, even if you choose to attend subsequent sessions in person. Fees are then payable in advance on booking. Payment methods accepted: card, contactless, cash, bank transfer.
My fees fairly reflect my level of experience and expertise, whilst keeping therapy affordable for the location. A limited number of concession rates are available for people on certain benefits.
In Person at the Shaftesbury Centre
- 60 minutes: £85
- 90 minutes £120
Online (doxy.me) or Telephone
- 60 minutes: £80
- 90 minutes: £120
There is a discount of £20 or £30 (depending on session length) if a block of 4 regular sessions are booked in advance – recommended if you’d like regular slots.
Recorded sessions/Audio files
Individualized hypnosis sessions recorded during your appointment are created in mp3 format. There is an additional fee of £30 for editing and producing the recording (download).
Cancellations
Once an appointment (or a block of appointments) fees are non-refundable. I am aware that sometimes it is unavoidable that you will need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. The terms of cancellation are as follows and exceptions will only be made entirely at my discretion:
- Cancellation with more than 2 days notice: no charge to rebook – you can simply rearrange anytime within 6 months.
- Cancellation with one day’s notice (the day before your appointment): half of the cost of that session is charged – the other half can be put towards your next booking anytime within 6 months.
- Cancellation on the same day as your appointment, or in the event of a ‘no show’ without notice: the entire amount will be charged – you’ll need to pay again in full to book another session.
